Learn to be safe on the water with Paddle Safer, SUP safer. and Paddle Safety rescue courses. Lead a paddlesport  session as an instructor/coach with either SUP Instructor,  Paddlesport Instructor Award and SUP Coach. If its leading a journey then consider Paddlesport Leader Award.
